Portfolio:
Flash MX
I've
been using Flash since version 3.0 was released back in 1997.
I'll create images using Adobe Illustrator then transition
them over to Flash to add motion, music, and a little scripting
magic (for interactivity and randomized events).

Demo for CoreGuard Security. All the device
icons were drawn right in Flash and I made sure I kept
the Interface design consistant with the corporate look
and feel
of
Vormetric. Users can move around the demo by way of a pop-up
menu. They can also see where they're at in the animation
via the progress bar located above the right advancement
arrow. |

Flash-based
website. Different sections call up images on a need-only
basis. Dynamic calendar displays events. User-searchable
data allows for customers to find local stores and generate
maps from MapQuest.com. You can even submit emails from
inside of the Flash animation. Emails are routed to the
appropriate department based on how each form is filled
out. |

events and a lot of ActionScripting. Questions and Answers
are pulled (randomly) from arrays based on their level of
difficulty and then removed from those arrays so the same
question never appears twice in the same session. Harder questions
get pushed into the lower levels as questions run out in the
lower arrays. |

This
was used as a fun break from training exercises geared towards
the Sales department to teach a little about the new "Slingshot
4218" product as well as Gadzoox trivia. Hand radios
were used for the "Phone a Friend" and flash cards
were held up for the "Ask the Audience." It was
a huge success and a lot of fun. |

Simple
navigation menu and some cool illustrations. |
|
Application:
|
There's
no audio to this, but it's a good sample of my technical
illustrations.
I included a simple menu on the right side for you to navigate
around or you may just let it play through to see the
entire
thing. I've done other demos with stop and play buttons,
and even voice-overs. |
